Pancard Clubs — Redemption of fixed deposit in scheme of pancard clubs limited

I had opened a fixed deposit for three years with Pancard Clubs Limited through one of your marketing person, Mr. Prashant Pimpalkar, and issued cheque no. 89978 of Rs. 10, 900/- which got cleared 21st April, 2012 and submitted the redemption form through Mr. Prashant Pimpalkar in the month of October 2015.

However, I would like to state, even after a year, I have not received the amount.

You are requested to transfer the amount at the earliest or else i would be forced to lodge case of fraud against your company.
