Pancard Clubs — Still not received policy maturity amount

Sir,
I have taken DIVINE HOLIDAY POLICY from Pancard Club LTD. on the year of 2011 dated 16/05/2011 and deposited till dated 09/04/2014 . I have deposited 36 months as per the policy tenure . The amount of Rs. 36000/-, But till date not i have not received any maturity amount from PANCARD CLUB LTD.

MY FOLIO NO :[protected] . I have attached herewith the last deposited receipt for your reference . Kindly do the needful and solve this issue as soon as possible .
