Pancard Clubs — The website pclcirp.dcirrrus.co isn't giving the initial OTP to proceed

The company has given the website to submit claims. However, the initial OTP that is needed for proceeding with the form filling is not provided on the email-id so we cannot proceed as the form may be later rejected. Since the initial procedure needed that OTP received on email be put in so as to fill in the necessary details
