Pancard-Online.org — fake website - not delivering the services offered

This portal is a fraudulent services portal promising to deliver the pan related services and charging consumers way more than the actual fee charged by the government of india. The services promised are not delivered. I had used the portal to apply for name change in pan card for my mother and have paid rs. 499 by mode of e-wallet. The application was submitted on mar 13, 2018. They asked to send application form duly filled via post which is another spend and only issued an acknowledgement number once documents were received. The website has no mention of supporting documents required in case of name change. The application was rejected and i was directed by them to the nsdl e-infasructure website which is authorised govt. Portal for pan services. Now, i have to process all steps as per the govt. Portal and there is no services provided by this portal. Till date my application is not processed. I fail to understand for what services the customer is being charged by these guys.

Also, the support email as well as phone numbers provided on website are fake and never reachable. Unfortunately the cyber crime reporting cell does not have any category to report such abuses where customer is not delivered the promised services.

Please do not use this portal for any services offered by them.
