Pancydeal — need my refund

Hello sir, i had placed an order for 2 kurtis (Order no 14392). I got the parcel today but the wrong product.
The contact details (+91 [protected]) ([protected]@woorockets.com) on the website are wrong and there's no way to contact them and get our refund. I have gone through the consumer complaint forum and i saw a huge number of complaints against pancy deal but no one has taken any action against it. Being the consumer complaint forum it is your atmost duty to resolve all the issues and make sure the consumers get back their refund and a strict action is taken against pancydeal.
I request you to look into this and do the needful
