[Resolved] Pancydeal — product is totally different | |||||
Actually I had place an order of Art silk pink Embroidered saree on 6th of Jan in 2018 and the order number of my product is 32844. The product is delivered on 12th Jan and it is so cheap quality. The product I received is totally different which I had ordered. Please refund my money and please provide customer care number or email if so we can easily resolve the issue. Otherwise don't be so fraud and don't post wrong product on your Facebook pages. If you are not taking any action then I will definately take action on this. Jan 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually, I have got no one person to resolve this issue.i had tried to call on the contact number which is provided on there site i.e 7048413797..But this number is wrong and can't reach.
There is no other information of the company.
And I have the contact number of delivery person and his senior.
And have shipment delivery slip on which
RTO information is present but the number which is mentioned is not reachable i.e 9737180006
And the address which is mentioned in this information is kya 69, Sujan point near yogi chowk, Nana varachha, Suraj GJ
