Panind — cancel my lost pan request needed cancellation | |||
I had applied for lost pan card in your site last month 23rd on behalf of my sister who lost her pan. But now i want to cancel my lost pan card request order (Ke[protected]lo) and refund my money (499rs paid via paypal) back to my bank. I have been mailing your support mail i'd for these many days from august 23rd, 2019 and no response yet except an auto mailer saying we will connect with you in 3 to 4 working days. Please ask your representative to get back to my mobile number as early as possible. Please find attached the email trail i have added for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
