Panind — delay in pan card corrections more than one month | |||
The worst online services i have ever seen in my life i have applied for pan card details correction in month of april, on 30th april my hard copy was received at panind delhi office, receipt copy i have emailed immediately to the team for their further line of action, team claim that they received documents on 8th of may 2019, i trust them and ask them to process my application at earliest. As per them they process my application on 13th may 2019 and i got coupon code on second day immediately but from 14th may 2019 till date the status showing the same ... Application received and under verification. After so many followups and emails, i never get the satisfactory answer every time they revert 2 3 days time you will received but i never received any documents or any reply from the panind team which is really the worst part of the customer satisfaction level today when i call the utiitsl team for the clarification about the application they replied me that they did not received the required documents for my application in this there is no matter of the money i spend on you, but the issues facing bcz of the pancard not available with me is much serious than anything else hope you will take care of my complaint and refund my money i dont want to get the pancard from you i will manage my own and wanted to appeal to the customers who are applied through the online services Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid Rs 500 to panind.com for a new PAN card.I have provide all the documents which they ask me.more than 1 month are over still they even not process the PAN card application.
