Panind — did not receive my pan card even after waiting for 2 months

I have applied for my pan card in the month of June, 2019 and today is 1st August and I did not receive my pan card. I have paid Rs 550 for the same. This company Pan Ind have sent me tracking details but the information is absolutely not correct and I cannot track my pan card also. I applied for the PAN card on the first week of June and constantly tried to call them, sent them email but they do not receive calls and they give standard email reply and my problem is not yet solved even after reaching out to them for multiple times.

I have been sending multiple emails and have been trying to reach out their customer service via phone call but they never respond. I have waited for 3 months from June to August and have not received my pan card and they charged me Rs 500 which also a lot than usual. I want a refund ASAP.
