Panind — fraud website!!!

I applied for pan online using their website... Paid rs.499/- online the amount got deducted and i did not receive an y acknowledgement... I tried to contact them via customer care but did not get any response... Even after many attempts... Later i requested for the refund of my amount since i did not receive any feedback after many followups via email... After may emails once i got a feedback that i will get my refund... But after that there were no further response... Even after 3 months i have not received my money back... Beware of such fraud website... Hope the authorities will take suitable actions against such fraud websites...

I have applied for pan card from this website.they charged me Rs499/-but i found out that i can apply in NSDL at Rs110/- i have paid around Rs 300/-extra. They charge me more, so i want cancel my application and i need a refund. I just want to cancel my pancard application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

Coupon Number : G[protected] .Why is my PAN card coupon number not batch create.I applied for over a week. Still the process is not done. Please make it process.please batch create this process.
