[Resolved] Panind — need refund against the services not availed

I applied for the reissue of pan card through panind website on dec 11, 2018 and paid rs. 349 as a fee against their prospective services. Till toady ididn't get any call from their side for acknowledgement of the payment. And when i tried reaching their customer care it is not reachable either through an email or customer care number.

I lost my pan card which someone has returned to me after he found it somewhere. Hence, i would not like to take this process forward and wanted to request them for refund asap. But seems that it is a fake website as the email ([protected]@panind.com) mentioned over the website is not reachable neither is their contact no. I. E. [protected] and [protected].

Updated by Ketan83 I'm unable to locate the order ID. my registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile no. is [protected]...look forward to a further action over this from Panind.. thanks...please note that the Panind is not reachable from any other way so my only link to approach the company is this website...kindly support over this..
