[Resolved] Panind — need refund against the services not availed | |||
I applied for the reissue of pan card through panind website on dec 11, 2018 and paid rs. 349 as a fee against their prospective services. Till toady ididn't get any call from their side for acknowledgement of the payment. And when i tried reaching their customer care it is not reachable either through an email or customer care number. I lost my pan card which someone has returned to me after he found it somewhere. Hence, i would not like to take this process forward and wanted to request them for refund asap. But seems that it is a fake website as the email ([protected]@panind.com) mentioned over the website is not reachable neither is their contact no. I. E. [protected] and [protected].
