Panind — no communication mails regarding pan

I have applied for lost pan. Rs.499 is charged and it is too much. Also i did not receive any mail post application and iam not able to download form.
Please take action accordingly and process refund. Please find the attached screenshots.

I have seen many complaints if panind and iam scared i might also get cheated.

Please process refund as i can't afford this much high cost...
