I have sent filled application from, duly signed and photographs attached on the form along with self-attested document proofs for identity, address and date of birth by speed post bearing no. Eu[protected]in dated 27.10.2019 which is received in your office on 31.10.2019. My order id : pr-[protected]n Payment id 8bs036324x4404109 As per the instructions/guidelines it was told that i shall by intimated by an email coupon/ack number after receiving the signed application form along with id proo, dob proof and address proof. But till date i have not received the coupon/ack number of my sent application form so that i can track it. Please look into and inform. Thanks & regards. Prachi shankar Mob. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
