Panind — no response after submitting the application for pan card in http://panind.com

I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. They charged me rs.499/-. I tried to enquire about this but they did not pick up my calls. I just need to cancel my application and refund the amount 499rs at the earliest
