Panind — no response of email and process stuck on same page | |||
Applied for duplicate pan card and got the confirmation email on 18th april, 2019 stating you have received the documents. After that my process is stuck on "application is under processing. Documents under verification" and till now the process and verification is still pending. Tried to reach you over email - [protected]@panind.com but only received the auto email response stating you guys will reach me in 2 - 3 working days. And its been a month you have not contacted me. You guys have pushed me to conclude that you will reach me in 2 - 3 working days but i guess you do not work for a single day that is why in a month you didn't had 2 or 3 worked days. It would be very kind either get my pan card printed and shipped to my address or # refund my money. This is now getting on my nerve and if you do not respond, i will surely take action.
