Panind — non responsive after taking payment of rs 499/-

I have paid rs 499/- for getting duplicate pan card.
The reference is ja-[protected]lo.
Also, i have e-mailed to [protected]@panind.com for status. There is no response except automated confirmation.
I rang up [protected] and [protected] but no body responding in these numbers.
I request them to refund the amount with interest immediately.
