I’m nandini kaur, had applied for online new pan card in february 2019 & paid online fees too but did not received any confirmation email yet. I have received token number and order i’d by emails on dated 26 february 2019. My token number: [protected] and order i’d: na-[protected]n. I had sent my all required documents on your email address at [protected]@panind.com. Please send me a acknowledgment confirmation at [protected]@gmail.com. later realized it is a agency
I dont want any agency to do my work
actual cost is 107

i feel the pricing is very high
even for sake of correction of my pan card
so i choose to get a refund
