I made online payment of Rs. 499/-. It is shown your card is despatched to Vijayawada UTIITSL centre when I tracked. when I called Vijayavada UTIITSL centre Vijayawada, they told that Panind is a fake website. But now there is no any response from them. the phone numbers are just hold the people online but can connect to the panind people.
