Dear all, I am surprised that why govt cannot get the grip people/organizations like you. It has been couple of weeks i have applied for name change in my pan card but till date there is no update on the same. Moreover, the nominal charge for name change as on today is rs. 160 only whereas i have been charged 499/- No one is responding on the numbers provided on the website!!! Order id: ra[protected]cr Payment id: [protected] Who the hell is going to resolve my problem and then if nothing is done then how can i get my refund??? Allready send by corrier document now show the status incomplete...
i suggest everyone this website is very bad condition and aready deduct 499 so pls refund my money as soon as possible.
