[Resolved]  Panind — pan card application submitted but no response

Fraud company they are running some kind forge business in the name of providing service. It was my biggest mistake making an application here. Helpline is not working neither do they response over email. Also they are charging 5 times the amount required in advance.
My application id - ni-[protected]pn. Date applied -31/07/2019

From past 14 days no response for the application.

This is fraud company cheating many people i am one of them. My money dedicated not giving back. AS per new consumer rights we should file a case in court. I am planning to hire a layer to file a case on panind fraud activities by fooling wrong web sites details.
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
I have sent all the documents along with the form but not able to get any updates regarding the process.. this site is fake I think because nobody picks the call and no email is sent to the email is that is given.it was very urgent and it’s more than a month that I submitted all the documents.

If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.
I’m pay 499 rupees for re issue my Pan card and application submit successfully and payment also done from my account but after transaction message soon access denied so what is this issue so pls refund my money or issue pan card
