Panind — pan card not received from 50+ days

Address:3RD FLOOR, SALARPURIA, CAMBRIDGE MALL # 9, 560008

I applied for pan card on 15th march 2019 and have still received any status update on my pan card status or if any further documents are required. It's almost 50+ days and the only response i get from customer care is to wait patiently. Please let me know why is the process taking so long.
