[Resolved]  Panind — pan card payment issue

I applied for a new pan card from www.panind.com.I have received an email from www.panind.com saying that my payment of Rs.499 was incomplete, which was already deducted from my account.I dont know what should be done next.Please look into the matter immediately.Pan card urgent required for work purposes.Here is the email that i receieved from www.panind.com :
Dear MANIKHO,
We noticed that your transaction through our payment gateway may not have completed. Please find a copy of your transaction details included below:

This is fraud company cheating many people i am one of them. My money dedicated not giving back. AS per new consumer rights we should file a case in court.
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

I replied on [protected]@panind.com but no reply automated reply received.
But no reply about process of refund .

You have asked for ₹100 payment for pan card application but you have charged us ₹499
I would like to cancel my request(ID AN[protected]CR) and want my money back.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
I need to get refund and cancel the order.
