Panind — pancard duplication

I applied for my pan card duplicate, on 11th oct 2019, it's been received by pan ind by 22nd oct 2019, but still i did not receive any acknowledgement mail regarding my status.. And how to check my status.. I already paid 499 for your service.. It's quite high.. How long it will take for you to send my acknowledgement or else please refund my money.. I thought it is a govt organization... But it's a consultancy... I could contact u.. Your customer care number is been disconnecting.. Please reply asap.. I need my pan urgently.. If not please refund at the earliest.

I want to cancel my pan application process because you have charged me extra 399 but in our native place puducherry they are charging only Rs 150 for processing
