[Resolved] Panind — refund for the pan card application | |||||
I had applied for the pancard through panind.com on 14 th february 2020. They charged 499 rupess. However i learned that the price was unusually high for a pancard and that they has unsatisfied customers with pancard application issues. So i had emailed them with all the details of transaction, requesting a refund but all i got was an autogenerated reply. I emailed again but no response from their side yet. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
