Panind — refund of charges for re-issue of pan card.

I had applied for reprint of pan card, for which i had made payment of rs.499 to panind online. Later i came to know that company is charging more than the required. Further, it has been also directed to forward documents to head office through speed post, which seems that process of re-issuance of pan card id too lengthy and time taking. Hence, it s requested to refund my payment.
