I have applied for new pan card against my damaged card bearing pan no abhpc7717l and paid an amount of rs499 online on dated 24th feb 2020 and downloaded the application form and sent to the manager, panind services unit, no5, site 4, vikaspuri, newdelhi 110018 on dated 24th feb by speed post cvide no en[protected]in which was receive by pan india on 28th feb 2020. Yet nothing was done. The payment was done with id vin/rigaroewor/[protected]/[protected]. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

It is a fraud company . I had applied for PAN and I didn't get it till and when I check the status every time I get a new issue.
If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.
