Panind — worst service | |||
I've sent my documents to your address& the postal tracking shows it is delivered at your office. But my order id at panind.com still shows it haven't received yet. I have sent a ton of emails regarding this but they didn't bother to resolve it.very worst and reckless service .I paid 500/- only bcoz you promised to give me pan card in 7days and anyway you've crossed the limit. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed www.panind.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
