Panind.com — I want refund. poor customer service and cheating

On june 19th i applied, on july 18th i received the coupon number. But today being august 23rd, even now i have not received the pan card. Then on august 22nd i received a reply that my application is is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof.

I have wasted more than 2 months. And panind has fooled me enough. I cant wait anymore and i want refund of my money rs 299 asap. There is no proper response through tele-calls and emails. Emails will get a same automated reply. Tele-calls will abruptly will get cut. And there is no response for my emails claiming for refund. No trust-worthy company. Only cheaters.

Don't fool me anymore. I will definitely create issues by escalating it to higher levels.
