I had submitted the online pan card application and made the payment online.
I was told to send the application and other documents in the physical form which i did but still i have not received the pan card. The status is always showing "application is under process. Documents under verification" for the last few days. There is no response to my emails other than automated messages
The phone number provided is not in service
The other phone numbers on the websites are fake
