This is in reg. To illegal construction by deshraj at sec. 29-ii, near plot# 285.
Here is detail of this case and all attached as proof

1. Memo no. 3298 dated 19.02.2016 by commissioner mc panipat

Instructing to dismantle the illegal construction

5. Letter ref 762 dated 6.05.2016 to make fresh fir against deshraj and
To depute someone at site to stop further construction

7. Letter received as ref 355-5a by chandni bag police, requested

Stop any construction until nagar nigam doesn’t come and ask us for

9.8.05.2016.. Construction again started in morning @9am. Video of the same

I want to info. That deshraj this land comes under huda sector and within municipal
Limits. Huda has not allotted any land to deshraj. He is constructing this building
So he could get advantage of raising this building so he could info. Court that he
Had old factory so the same may be allotted to him.
Along with violation of constructing unauthorised building, there is huge loss of revenue
To district and state.

No doubt that this building is being raised with the hidden consent of some officers
Who are not able to stop him raising construction on this huda land. Even after so many
Reminder from us. Just a paper formality is completed.

I request to make video so govt. Keep proof that deshraj made building
Before any approval from any department of govt. So that if this case
Is moved to court that could be submitted as proof.
