Pankaj Kumar — refund amount after tickets cancellation

I had cancelled two tickets on[protected] but did not receive the refund amount in my bank account. Irctc refunded the amount to paytm bank on[protected] but i did not get it. The details of tickets are :

1) from muzaffarpur to varanasi [protected] (Transaction id) and [protected] (Canellation id/refund id)- refund amount-180 rs.

2) from varanasi to ghaziabad [protected] (Transaction id) and [protected] (Cancellation id/refund id)-refund amount-540

Please refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible.
