Pantaloons — Complain with Mental Torture/Harassment regarding Color fed in shirts (Louis Philippe) at Pantaloon Store in GIP(Sector-38-A, Noida-201301)

Dear Concern, This is bring to your kind notice/information that I have bought many things in Pantaloon stores on dated 13/02/2015, one of shirt color has fed. I bought one shirts with brand name is Louis Philippe but unfortunately the shirts color is fed, and then I have visited at pantaloons store on 30/03/2015 for the replacement/complain in this regard but they told me that We will replace after concern with our manager or person in-charge after 3 days they will call you and replace your shirt, you do one things pls submit your shirt with us and we will call you for the same, but they did not reply over the phone after 10 days then my self called up in store after 10 days in Pantaloon (at Sector-38-A, Noida UP-201301 at The Great India Place Shopping Complex) for the inquiry of my shirts replacement then they told me over the phone that We can not replace your shirt, you come and take your shirt, Now they bluntly refusing everything and told me that if you will not come to take your shirt then We can donate the shirt and Whatever you want to do (as a threaten). I have bought the shirt on Rs.1999 with some discount below is the receipt number for your ready reference. I have visited many times at store for the replacement but unfortunately I could not succeed to replace of such as expensive shirt with good brand name (Louis Philippe).
