[Resolved] Pantaloons — complete damage of strap of the bag | |||
Hello, I had purchased annabelle brand bag on 2nd nov 2014 from pantaloons- alpha one- Ahmedabad. Within 4 months the strap is completely damaged. I had visited the branch for the same but in vain. The asked me to give my mobile number if something could be done to improve the condition of bag. I had not got call till date. This bag is of no use now. I asked the authority to replace the handle/strap & atleast make is useful for me if they could not make it look like before. Please do the needful on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
