Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — gst transaction value - charged inr 385 extra

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are referring to your invoice no.3496301I17004065 dated[protected] raised in the name of KUNAL.

We have purchased from your retail outlet located at Chennai in Express avenue mall.

In this regards, we need register a compliant with respect to GST Charged on Bill.

As you are aware GST on Textile product is calculated at two rates which are as follows:

Transaction value 1000 - Tax @ 12%

The word transaction value has been defined in CGST Act, 2017 ref - Sec.15(1) and Sec 15(2) exclude tax components while arriving at transaction value.

Based on above, we wish to inform you that the computation charged in our bill is incorrect,

Please take this action immediately and provide us the reason which GST @ 12% is charged on product less than 1000 INR.
