Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — humiliation of customer and unresponsive response from manager | |||
Received sms to my phone from pantaloon that 50% discount on top brand you may approach to pantaloon. On 24 dec, 2018 i went to kakurgachi pantaloon with family to buy some clothing. I reached there at 1625 hrs and first i enquired from the concern store at lee at first floor for discount. He told me that discount are there buy two get two and flat 40%discount i[censored] purchase two. I stated selecting and selected four under buy two get two. Store man was very happy when i reached to billing they said items are not on discount. I asked him that store person has selected and given this but counter in charge told me. These items are not in discount. I felt very humiliating and approached to help desk where i called manager for this issue to resolve the matter restore my faith in this outlets but the way manager dealt this issue was unresponsive and another humiliation. I worked in a reputed government department where at least five hundred officers are there and such lapse never happen if so, unpunished never let to go. How a big shop are so badly managed where customers are humiliated and wrong sms are sent to customers. Such wrong message are killing the times of customer. I will ask my colleagues not to approach such outlets where humiliation are their means. Was this information helpful? | |||

In pantaloons i have al ready registerd my mob no [protected], from last 6 or 7 times i dont get any otp number on mobile for redumption of points, n every time problem creats with ececutive for redumption of points, so urgently please solve nt receiving otp on my registered number...
