[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — non compliance with refund policies | |||
On 19th march i initiated a return for an item purchased online. Item was picked up on 22nd march. On 31st march i called customer care to inquire about the refund and was informed that the product had reached the warehouse and quality checking was done. After not receiving the refund amount in my account even after 3-4 days, i called customer care again on 4th april. I was subsequently informed that no refund was initiated from the company's end. Pantaloons fashion and retail has held up my refund for no discernible reason. Was this information helpful? | |||
