Pantaloon staff amd management does not worry about customer even spent 4000/- they were asking for extra money for carry bag Many big brands providing the same free Further got answer from billing counter that we are against o[censored]se of plastic thatswhy its chargeable That only means customer provide money you allow to use plastic Now never preffered pantaloons for shopping [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

In our endeavor towards consumer satisfaction, we do provide them the freedom to carry own bags, so that they are not compulsorily required to spend this amount.We are happy to inform you that we also have a paper gift wrapping facility available at our Customer service desk ( it’s free of cost!), may be next time when you visit our store we can make the shopping special for you by free gift wrapping of the merchandize.
