I am also facing same problem... I have purchased cloth for rs.5191.68 from pantaloons rajahmundry on 28 th december 2017. Payment made by sbi debit card transaction no. At the time of billing your executive advised me to pay by sbi debit card and you will get 5% cash back with in 45 days. I regret to inform you that till date 45 days have been completed but 5% cash back has not been received in my account.
