[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — poor return policies and we care a damn attitude of store managers | |
In pantaloon faridabad store in crown interior mall, today i had to a very bitter experience. I paid for 4 articles, out of which i misunderstood that the price of two garments is 229. Again this impression was given by the staff attending the counter. I paid for all the articles purchased and while checking the bill realised that 229 is charged double so i asked them to take it back and wished to return it back at the same counter. But surprisingly they denied saying goods ones sold can not be taken back and refunded.in todays age when even online companies take back the product even after 1 week or so.. A company like pantaloon was reluctant to accept back the clothes over the counter within few seconds. The manager did not even tell any alternative to this problem and was very adamant. I also lost the temper and challenged such a backward system upon which they told me the option of credit voucher of the same amount which i can claim within a month. It is really a shame for the whole managemt of the pantaloons that they are failed in making customer friendly services. Being an indian retail company the expectations are really minimal but still they are no where near the level of reaching the customer satisfaction😞 Was this information helpful? | |
