[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — regarding exchange | |||
I brought a green dress from and brand costing 5000inr from viviana mall thane for one of our friend day before yesterday. While billing due to some problem system of pantaloons couldn't scan that dress so sales manager varsha changed the label of other red dress from and brand only and put that on green dress and scanned and gave it to me. But to whom i gifted felt some fishy about label and didn't liked color of that dress so i went again for exchange. They said there are stains on the dress and we can't exchange. These people sell there damaged oralready stained product to the customer which could not be scanned in there system also and when u go for exchange they say they just deny it. At the time of buying we were told that goods can be exchanged within a limited time period. We were there to exchange the next day itself. The person behind the counter was so rude in his behaviour. Pleaseneverbuy any stuff from pantaloons. These people are very disgusting Was this information helpful? | |||
