[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — regarding the cashback to be received | |||
I made a purchase of rs 4979 on 14th july 2018 and at your billing counter, i was asked to pay through sbi debit card as i would get a 5% cashback. But i have to inform u this with regret that i haven't received the cashback till date i. E. 24th december 2018. (Almost 6 months). I would request you to look into the matter. I have been constantly calling your customer care but to no avail. I am highly disappointed and i would request to quickly solve my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
