I visited a store near by last week and this is the second incident where I found that the prices written on the tag were not matching the price at the billing counter this made me really pissed off and when asked it to the staff about the same they just replied might be just a mistake. But I faced the same thing twice and found that the staff are not responding to this kind of things and just neglected. I am a regular customer and always purchase of big bills.
More over this time with in a week the stitching of my track Pant also got throne up showing the cheap quality of the product.
I feel as a responsible customer and also as to give you a quality review I would like to bring you the same thing. Please do look into this kind of things and make sure the tags don't miss match misleading the customers. Was this information helpful? |
