[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — we lose our offer gift because of the staff's careless mistake. | |||
We bought some clothes in pantaloons (Kanchipuram branch) but they are missed some cloth and gave the bill receipt after they realise and put the cloth in separate bill. We ask the offer gift for the bill amount but they refused and said the bills are separated so we can't offer the gift. It was one of the worst experience i ever have in my shopping experience. They dissapointed us by refusing to give the offer gift and our purchase amount is ₹7300. We spend a lot of time and money for this diwali shopping but they give a bad experience that we never forget about that. You loose your valuable customers if you follow your stupid rules. You guys are giving more importance to your policy and rules and regulations instead of your valuable customers then why are you collecting the customer's opinion. Was this information helpful? | |||
