I had purchased a pair of sports shoes, from hubli pantaloon retial, the pair of shoes lost its design and started looking completely different within a month of my purchase. The shoes had a texture on it, which was lost on one shoe and both started lookig so odd. When purchased it was with gurantee as said by them, and when i complained, they told me that the shoes is not covered in the warranty and even cant be replaced.
