Pantaloons — Transaction failed but money deducted at pantaloons | |||
Hi, I did shopping in Pantaloons at city centre – 2, New town, Rajarhat in Kolkata on 4th April 2015 and used my AXIS Bank debit card to pay the bill. But the counter guy swiped it twice reciting transaction failure for first swipe but i have received messages from Axis Bank 2 times for the same transaction. I came to know this only when i checked the mini statement of my account, it was clearly showing the amount has been paid to pantaloons twice. When i raised my concern to Pantaloons customer service, they were saying I will get the deducted amount back in my account within 48 hours however i haven’t received it yet. Can anyone tell me what should i do to get my money back? I had really a very bad experience at Pantaloons and the counter guys are horrible. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||
