Jun 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Assistant municipal commissioner Shri Jaganath Khade visited the site after instruction of Shri Paresh Thakur, Chairmen of PCMC on 1st January 2018 but still the person is doing business in full swing without any fear. Please resolve the complaint immediately. Meanwhile if any incident happened then your corporation will be responsibility.

Just now I open the website of Panvel Municipal Corporation and I observed the status of my complaint and it says the complaint is resolved. It is very wrong to say that the complaint is resolved. I am staying in the same building and the business is going on as usual. Both Flats (E-9/0:2 and E-9/1"3) are full of cloths and cloths are fire hazard. The person who is doing business is a Electrical Engineer and work on a high post and he is aware of the consequence of fire but just to harass the people. I am M.Sc.; A.I.C; and Lead Auditor of ISO 9002 and also work with Safety Manager and audited many industries and prepared their "On Site Plan" and done "Hazop Study", so I am well aware of effect of fire hazard. Earlier the concerned person has approached the Safety Manager of a renowned company and he advised him to stop the activities immediately.
Sir, I am a senior citizen of 74 years old and suffering from heart problem, high B.P. and have diabetes. I always read the news in TV channel and news paper that due to short circuit somewhere the fire break and there is either property loss or life loss. It create tension in my mind. Neither CIDCO nor your corporation is taking any action in this matter for a long time. If my complaint is not resolved within seven days then I will not hesitate to send all correspondences (which your corporation and CIDCO has acknowledged) to Chief Minister's Office and write to C.M. how your corporation treats the senior citizen.

My complaint is pending since 17th January, 2018. The person is doing cloth export as usual without any fear. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Kindly depute someone and check whether the person is doing business or not.
