Sub.: share trading investment - complaint against m/s. Paradise trading – solapur / mumbai, maharashtra, (Mr. Rahul sharma & ms. Pooja).

Respected sir,

With due respect i would like to state few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action.

In the month of may 2015, i browse through website www. paradisetrading.in and therein i got in telephonic touch with mr rahul sharma/ms pooja on their mobile number +91-[protected] / +91-[protected] / +91-[protected] to enquire on share trading.

With reference to the above subject thereafter, i have received continues sms from m/s. Paradise trading, on 13/05/2015, 15/05/2015, 19/05/2015, 21/05/2015, 25/05/2015, 27/05/2015, etc., for investing in share market by them and earning profit would be shared to their clients regularly, so based on their sms we had conversions on his mobile number +91-[protected] and +91-[protected], and i have paid initial investment of rs. 100000/- on 17th june 2015 to “paradise trading” axis bank account number: [protected], ifsc: utib0000266. (The details are enclosed for your ready reference)

In course of daily discussion and assurance given by mr rahul sharma, i further invested rs 5, 00, 000/- and rs 2, 00, 000/- (Total amounting rs 8, 00, 000/-), through my saving bank account, thinking that the amount earned after the stipulated time would help and ease my home-loan by doing foreclosure. The details of investment are appended below.

As per my understanding, their contact numbers seems to be of vapi, gujarat and their mobile numbers is +91-[protected] / +91-[protected] / +91-[protected], and their email id is.: [protected]@gmail.com, web: www. paradisetrading.in (Not in active/closed).

The investment was done as mr rahul sharma had assured the sum as appended below

After the investment was done, and on completing the stipulated time frame on getting the returns back, i tried calling them and therein he stated that “income tax officer reached to their office and freezed their account and trying to release their account from it officers, it seems unbelievable so i requested to talk with it officers, but they did not connect to them nor forwarded their contact details and i understand that they gave me a fake information, and i requested my money back, and they keep on said some reasons till august 20th 2015, after that there is no respond by sms as well as by mail, and now their number is switched off and axis bank account was closed, and close their website too, so i could not able to reach them.

Due to this kind of fraud and scam i am struggling a lot to settle my dues to pay back my loan amount. So am very deeply requesting to take very strict action at the earliest to get my money back. (Xerox copy of transaction attached for your ready reference)

There are more similar cases on the internet, wherein i got in touch with one similar victim (Mr p chandrasekar, (No: 65, 2nd floor, 2nd main road, nagappa nagar, chrompet, chennai – 44, cell no: [protected]), who after registering complaint, got his investment back on diligent and meticulous working of our police force.
