Paramhans educare pvt. Ltd. — about pmkvy-media & entertainment passed students certificates

As on jan 30, 2017 we e-education computer institute had registered a complain regarding our passed student's certificates in favor of paramhans educare pvgt. Ltd.
After some time they told us that first i have to close our complain then in next 1 week they will send our certificates, so at that time i have to closed my complain as follows

They told me that remove complain from consumer forum, then in 7 days, they will give me certificates.
So i am doing the same..

But still we are waiting for our certificates. They are doing fraud with us. Please take a strong action for them and please solve our issue.
