During my long-term and active use of Parimatch services, I encountered issues. After attempting to withdraw funds, they suddenly disappeared. The money did not reflect on my bank card and did not appear in my account. A possible reason for this situation could have been a technical glitch on the platform's side. Jul 18, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved It should be noted that my money has been returned to my Parimatch account. I decided to pause any actions on the platform, double-checked my details, and after some time, re-submitted the withdrawal request. It turned out that I made a mistake in entering the card number for withdrawal. The problem was successfully resolved, and finally, the money has been credited to my bank account.
