[Resolved]  Parimatch India — I got banned because my account name didn't match my personal information

I got banned because my account name didn't match my personal information from my documents. I just made a deposit and 5 minutes later I was banned. The support agent who helped me was quite rude. He said I was banned because of a gambling addiction.
Still waiting for my account to be reactivated with the money that is in my account. I am willing to change the name on my account to my real name. Just give me my money back.

I don't know if the Parimatch staff have woken up their conscience, but my Parimatch account is now unblocked. This is probably because I updated my Skrill account details, as I registered there before I changed my last name. My first and last name now match in Skrill, in my personal documents and in my Parimatch account.
